EMRS Surajgaon

Eklavya Model Residential School Surajgaon (EMRS) is a key initiative by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, designed to offer high-quality residential education to Scheduled Tribe students from Class 6 to 12 in remote areas. This program Established in 1998, aims to provide these students with excellent educational opportunities and ensure they reach parity with the general population. The program was revamped in 2018-19 to broaden its geographical reach and improve the quality of facilities.
